This is the iso link i was refering to -> which i couldn't install from on my vmware. 
I have tried to download this iso -> srv03_r2_2075_usa_x86fre_adsr2 which is an iso for window server 2003 r2 enterprise edition 32 bit but my vmware could not detect which operating system is in this disc image. Thus i couldn't kick start the installation.
